Joseph Dankowski, MBA, CFP®, currently serves as a Financial Planner at both Heritage Financial Consultants LLC and Maryland Financial Planners since November 2022. Prior to this, Joseph held the position of Wealth Management Advisor at First Financial Group from October 2009 to November 2022 and was a Field Vice President at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. from August 2002 to October 2009, where responsibilities included managing the wealth management business in the Baltimore MD metro area, focusing on client acquisition, asset growth, and regulatory compliance. Joseph also worked as a District Manager and Financial Advisor at Ameriprise, overseeing a team in the Washington DC metro division while coaching advisors in practice management. Joseph began a career as a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors from September 1999 to July 2002, building a practice focused on executive and entrepreneurial clients. Joseph holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Maryland and a B.S. in Health Policy/Management and Economics from Providence College.
