Mike Desieno

Mike DeSieno has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Mike currently serves as the Director of Information Technology at Heritage Financial Credit Union since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the IT Operations Manager at the same company from August 2019 to June 2022.

Before joining Heritage Financial Credit Union, Mike worked as a Senior Desktop Engineer at Mediacom Communications from February 2017 to July 2019. Mike also worked as a Systems Engineer at Charter Communications from May 2016 to May 2017.

Mike's longest tenure was at Time Warner Cable, where they held two different roles. Mike started as a Level 3 RoadRunner Support team member in April 2002 and served until March 2008. In this role, they monitored and supported the Road Runner network with over 1,000,000 customers. Mike also handled Level 3 help desk calls from various customers, including government facilities, banks, and schools.

From March 2008 to May 2016, Mike worked as a Systems Engineer at Time Warner Cable. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining and managing the internal infrastructure of all Windows Servers across the Time Warner Cable enterprise. Mike supported and maintained 4000+ Windows servers and troubleshooted OS-related issues on a daily basis.

Mike DeSieno earned their Associate's Degree in IT Systems & Business Management from the University of Phoenix between 2006 and 2008. In addition, they obtained two certifications: Network+ Certified Professional from CompTIA in August 2004 and A+ Certified Professional from CompTIA in May 2003.
