Federico Feroldi has a long and varied work experience. Federico began their career in 2009 as Principal Software Development Manager, Integration & Architecture at Vodafone. In 2010, they held two positions simultaneously, as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Coderloop and Director of Engineering, Mobile at Mikamai. Federico then moved to Gild as Vice President of Engineering in 2011. In 2012, they took on the role of Senior Software Architect at Gilt Groupe, followed by Technology and Project Lead, IO app at the Digital Transformation Team - Italian Government in 2017. In 2019, they became Chief Technology Officer & Chief Strategic Innovation Officer at PagoPA S.p.A. and in 2021 they took on the role of Head of Innovative Digital Trust Solutions at Namirial Group. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Heritage Holdings.

Federico Feroldi's education history includes a High School Diploma in Computer Science from I.T.I.S. Benedetto Castelli from 1989 to 1994, followed by an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Politecnico di Milano from 2002 to 2008. In 2017, they completed a Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technologies course from Coursera. Federico also has several certifications, including How to Manage a Remote Team (by Gitlab) from Coursera in November 2020, Principles of Reactive Programming from Coursera in January 2014, Functional Programming Principles in Scala from Coursera in November 2012, NLP Practitioner from Society of NLP in September 2010, and Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in April 2009.
