Kecia C. Rossby

Kecia C. Rossby is an experienced professional with a diverse background in property management, mental health services, and entrepreneurial ventures. Currently serving as an Authorization Specialist at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute since November 2021, Kecia also operates Sweet Potato and Honey as the Owner since July 2020. Kecia’s extensive property management experience includes roles at Heritage Properties, Inc. and ECI Groups, where responsibilities encompass overseeing day-to-day operations and managing personnel resources. Previous roles include Service Coordinator at Life-Tech/West AL Mental Health, where Kecia developed care plans and provided case management for clients, and Juvenile Case Manager at the Counseling Clinic, focused on supervising juveniles in DYS custody. Kecia holds a B.A. in Psychology with a specialization in Social Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
