Renee Patten

Renee Patten has over 20 years of work experience. Renee started their career as an Assistant Vice President at Centennial Savings Bank in 1986, where they performed various tasks such as originating and reviewing credit applications, underwriting appraisals, and overseeing loan document preparation and data entry. Renee then moved on to Community First National Bank in 1999 as a Vice President. For the past 19 years, Renee has been working at Heritage Title Co and Chicago Title Co & Escrow Processing Unit as the VP/HR Director, where they are responsible for human resources management and strategic planning.

Renee Patten has obtained the following certifications: SHRM-SCP from the Society of Human Resource Management in 2015, and SPHR from the Human Resource Certification Institute between 2008 and 2014. Renee has also studied at the American Institute of Banking for a general field of study, and they have served in the US Navy, though no specific field of study or degree is mentioned for their time in the military.
