Viivi Marttinen

Viivi Marttinen is an experienced professional with a focus on community management and talent empowerment, currently serving as the Head of Community and Talent at Herizon since April 2023. Viivi manages a community of 600 international talents, coaches members, organizes events, and builds consulting services. Previously, Viivi held roles such as Community Manager at Herizon, Founding Member of the SaaSy Collective, and Founder of Pops in Tech Helsinki, fostering support within the tech community. With a background in People Operations at Supermetrics and administrative roles at various organizations, Viivi possesses extensive expertise in HR, recruitment processes, and employee well-being. Viivi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Communication from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
