Nicole L. Dugan Pt, Dpt, Msod

Nicole L. Dugan, PT, DPT, MSOD is a Clinical Specialist at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals since July 2015, focusing on program development for pelvic health rehabilitation, establishing clinical competency, and conducting clinical research. As Teaching Faculty at Herman & Wallace Inc. since May 2019, Nicole is passionate about providing continuing professional education in pelvic health and expanding the network of practitioners in this specialty. Previously, Nicole served as Program Manager and Physical Therapy Team Leader at Good Shepherd Penn Partners from 2008 to July 2015 and held the role of Lead Physical Therapist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2008. Nicole holds an MSOD in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, a DPT/MPT in Physical Therapy from Temple University, and a BA in Biology from the University of Delaware.
