Kyle chose a career in construction because he enjoys working with people and making a positive impact on the world. As a Project Manager, he believes that “communication is king” in leading a strong team. Bringing issues, questions or concerns to the surface as soon as possible is key to maintaining not only a trusting relationship, but also ensuring a successful project.
