Rick Hermanson

Rick began as a Sheet Metal Apprentice as he watched his father, Jerry, build Hermanson Company from the ground up. Rick worked his way up to Project Manager, then Sales Manager and eventually stepped into the role of President and lead company executive when Jerry retired in 1998. In 2019, Rick passed the torch to Paul Robinett and transitioned into the role of CEO. Rick’s holistic understanding and first-hand experience in how the industry works on all levels, in conjunction with his natural enthusiasm and leadership abilities, have been integral in turning Hermanson into a comprehensive mechanical construction, engineering, and service firm. He continues to inspire innovation as he recently oversaw the reorganization of Hermanson into specialty teams that better serve our clients.
