Dr. Tricia Mooney

Dr. Tricia Mooney is currently serving as the Superintendent of Hermiston School District #8R. Prior to this, Dr. Tricia held roles as Interim Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources at the same district. Dr. Mooney also has experience as the Assistant Superintendent and Director of Human Resources at Pendleton School District. Dr. Tricia holds a Doctor of Education - EdD in Educational Leadership from Northcentral University, a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Washington State University Tri-Cities, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northwestern College.
