Rodrigo "Chips" Scharnberg

Rodrigo "Chips" Scharnberg's work experience includes various roles in the gaming industry. Rodrigo "Chips" began their career as a Programmer at Webcore Games in 2008 and later became a Programmer and Co-Owner at TW Games in 2009. From 2010 to 2013, they founded and worked as a Owner and Programmer at Sulistas, an independent game development studio. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Programmer at Trinity Midia. In 2014, they held multiple positions at Lions Futebol Americano, including Financial Controller and Co-Owner, as well as an Athlete. Rodrigo "Chips" also worked as a Project Manager at Sioux Serviços de Informatica for the entirety of 2014. In 2015, they founded Sulistas again and worked as its Founder until 2017. From 2014 to 2017, they were a Co-Founder at Hoppe Soul. Rodrigo "Chips" then joined Rockhead Games in 2017 as a Business Developer & Producer, and remained with the company until 2023. Most recently, they became a Business Manager at Hermit Crab Game Studio in June 2023.

Rodrigo "Chips" Scharnberg attended Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul from 2002 to 2004, majoring in Computer Science. Rodrigo "Chips" then transferred to Unisinos, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from 2004 to 2007.
