Andy Thesen

Andy Thesen is a retired owner of Hermitage Bay, a luxury all-inclusive hotel on the West Coast of Antigua, recognized with multiple Traveler's Choice Awards from TripAdvisor in 2016 for its exceptional service and quality. Prior to this, Andy served as a Director at Montagu Private Equity, focusing on private equity and early-stage investments from 1991 to 2002. Earlier in career history, Andy held various engineering and management roles at Schlumberger from 1977 to 1986, gaining extensive experience in operations across diverse geographic locations. Andy obtained an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Science and Industrial Management from the University of Liverpool.
