David Slick

David Slick has extensive experience in the culinary and procurement fields, holding positions such as Procurement Specialist and Sales Representative at Altamira Foods from 2019 to 2024, where responsibilities included developing purchasing strategies and managing a $1.7 million inventory. Prior roles include Executive Chef at Bonanno Concepts and public eat and drink, where David trained kitchen staff, managed culinary operations, and developed relationships with local farms. Additional experience includes catering chef and kitchen manager at Lickety Split, sous chef roles at mission bar and tapas and firefly, and a line cook position at Game Creek Club, with a focus on high-quality food preparation and budget management throughout the careers.
