Tim Hawks

Tim Hawks has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction industry. Tim currently holds the position of President at Hernandez Consulting & Construction, which is a Service Disabled Vet (SDV), EOS, & ESOP company. Prior to this, they worked as the COO at All Weather Contractors, where they focused on expanding market share and managing self-performance and design build projects. Tim also served as Vice President, Director, Operations, Predevelopment, Scheduling, Estimating & Business Development at EPC/Program Management/Design Build, where they played a key role in construction management and developing new markets in renewable energy. Tim gained experience as the Corporate Construction Operations Manager at RMA, where they successfully managed the transition from a Small Business GC to a medium Design/Build GC. Tim's experience also includes working as the Director of Construction Management (USAF AFCEE) at Jacobs Engineering, Versar, VIAP, and as the National Director of Estimating at Jacobs, where they organized and set standards for the National Estimating group. Before that, they held the role of General Manager of Estimating and Business Development - DOD, DOS, USAID, & Embassy at Caddell Construction, and Estimating Manager - Federal Government Group - DOD & Embassy at Fluor. Overall, Tim Hawks has a strong background in construction management, estimating, design build, and business development.

Tim Hawks attended Bluefield State University from 1975 to 1977, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Architecture. Tim then went on to the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1980 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. Later in 1988 to 1989, Tim Hawks attended Queens University of Charlotte, though no degree is mentioned for that time period, as they focused on Real Estate Development.
