Carla Rossiter-Smith

Carla Rossiter-Smith currently serves as the Chief Procurement Officer and previously held the position of Grants and Operations Performance Coordinator at Hernando County Government since January 2022. Prior to this role, Carla worked at Pasco-Hernando State College from August 2017 to January 2022 as the Dean of Institutional Effectiveness. Between 2011 and 2017, Carla was affiliated with St. Petersburg College, serving as both an Adjunct Professor and the Effectiveness Director. Carla's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hodges University.
