Kelsey Ray

Kelsey Ray is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in both digital and traditional media strategy. Currently serving as Director of Media at Hero Digital since October 2023, Kelsey previously held the position of Associate Media Director at The Variable, where responsibilities included team leadership, onboarding critical tech components, and training junior colleagues. Kelsey's prior roles include Assistant Media Director and Senior Media Planner & Buyer at Karen Fahey Advertising LLC and KSV, respectively, where Kelsey developed integrated media strategies and was responsible for managing significant media investments. Kelsey began their career with various positions in account management and media planning after earning a degree in Professional Communications from Fitchburg State University in 2013.
