Joel Lee

Joel Lee is a skilled concept artist currently employed at Hero Forge since March 2024. Previously, Joel served as a visual development artist at Netflix from September 2020 to June 2023, contributing to projects such as "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," an unannounced anthology series, and "Thelma the Unicorn," as well as working as a background painter on "Cat Burglar." In addition to this experience, Joel worked as an instructor at LA Academy of Figurative Art in mid-2020 and as a background designer and painter for the "Little Demon" pilot at ShadowMachine. Joel also served as a teaching assistant during studies at ArtCenter College of Design, where an Entertainment Design degree was earned from 2015 to 2020.
