Anna Mikhaylova

Anna Mikhaylova is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Hero Group since November 2020, Anna manages all HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee development. Previous roles include Junior HR Business Partner at KPMG, where Anna advised employees in a large audit department and optimized onboarding processes, and HR Specialist for Internship Programs at OZON.ru, focusing on recruitment and adaptation programs for junior specialists.
