Dr. Rafik Mahmoud

Dr. Rafik Mahmoud has extensive experience in quality control and quality assurance within the food technology sector, currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Hero Group since January 2003, where previous roles included Acting Quality Control Manager, Quality Assurance Supervisor, and Quality Control Engineer. Prior to this, Dr. Mahmoud worked as a Quality Control Engineer at Arab Dairy from January 2002 to September 2002. Academically, Dr. Mahmoud obtained a Ph.D. in Food Technology and Processing from Benha University in 2019, following a Master's degree in the same field in 2015 and a Bachelor's degree in 2000.
