Harsha Pai

Harsha Pai currently serves as the Head of Product Engineering & Architecture at Hero MotoCorp since September 2023. Previously, Harsha held roles such as AVP - Engineering and Director of Engineering at Chai Point from August 2021 to September 2023. At Xylem Inc., Harsha worked as a Senior Manager in Application Software Engineering & Advanced Data Analytics from November 2017 to July 2021. Earlier experience includes a position as Lead Consultant/Manager at BT between May 2015 and October 2017, and various roles at Wipro from August 2006 to May 2015, including Project Manager and Service Delivery Lead. Harsha earned a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence from The University of Texas at Austin in 2021 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, completed in 2006.
