Sohrab Prakash

Sohrab Prakash is an experienced professional with a strong background in audit and assurance, currently serving as the Head Audit & Assurance at Hero MotoCorp since September 2015, where involvement includes membership in the Risk Management Steering Committee. Prior to this role, Sohrab held the position of Director - Internal Audit at Serco, overseeing internal audit operations across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and corporate services, while also supporting audit activities in the UK and Europe.
