Vikram Davé

Vikram Davé has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vikram co-founded Hero Packaging in 2018, where they held the roles of Co-Founder and COO. Vikram was also a Co-Founder of the company. In the same year, they joined OLIVIA&CO. as Head of eCommerce & Operations. In this role, they were responsible for business development, sales growth, and all online channels. Vikram also managed in-house operations including web development, customer service, and logistics. Prior to that, they worked at Mills Brands from 2014 to 2018 as Head of eCommerce/Online & Supply Chain. In this role, they led and mentored a department of 18 staff and managed two enterprise-level e-commerce stores. Vikram also formulated marketing strategies and ensured synergy across all aspects of the customer experience. In 2013, they took a study break from MGSM. Earlier in their career, Vikram worked at Bromic Group from 2005 to 2013, initially as a Marketing Manager and later as a Group Marketing Manager. In these roles, they contributed to the company's operations in multiple countries, managing the distribution of various products in the hospitality industry.

Vikram Davé completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing at Macquarie University from 2003 to 2007. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Graduate Diploma at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM). In 2015 and 2016, Vikram attended the Australian Institute of Business, earning their MBA degree.
