Michele Tesser Pedroso

Michele Tesser Pedroso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive secretarial roles and recruitment. Currently serving as a headhunter at Hero99 and a florist at Mi Tesser, Michele also founded Super Secretária Executiva, a personal project focused on the study and promotion of executive secretarial work, featuring over 300 published articles and community engagement. Previous roles include executive assistant positions at Risotolândia and Nossa Saúde, as well as director's assistant at BRF, where responsibilities encompassed agenda management and team support for approximately 60 people. Michele began a career with a five-year tenure as the director's secretary at Moinho Iguaçu Agroindustrial Ltda, where the standardization of secretarial practices was a key achievement. Michele holds a Bachelor's degree in Trilingual Executive Secretariat and a postgraduate degree in Management and Business from Uninter and Instituto Federal do Paraná, respectively.
