Donald Baratta

Donald Baratta has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Donald started their career at Kiewit in 1989 as a Payroll Clerk and later held various roles including Tax Account, General Ledger Account Steward, and Functional/Technical Analyst for PeopleSoft Financials Implementation. In 2005, they became a Systems Analyst/Developer at Kiewit. Throughout their tenure at Kiewit, Donald held positions such as Applications Support & Maintenance Manager, Director of Application Services Management, and Technology Group Director of Finance & Operational Reporting.

In 2017, Donald took on the role of Technology Group Director Enterprise Data Management, where they developed a data management strategy and established policies for data governance, metadata management, and data quality. Donald also created a data architecture and privacy office during their time in this role.

In 2019, Donald joined Heroic Public Benefit Corporation as a Certified Heroic Performance Coach. In this role, they helped individuals and teams unlock their full potential by leveraging their unique strengths and overcoming challenges. Donald created personalized coaching plans, identified barriers to success, and implemented tailored skill-building exercises.

Most recently, Donald returned to Kiewit in 2021 as the Director of Organizational Management Services and Privacy Officer. In this role, they focused on developing and sustaining a positive organizational culture, talent development programs, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
