Jay King

Jay King has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Jay'smost recent position is as the Regional Director of National Accounts at Heron Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as a Region Business Manager at the same company. Before joining Heron Therapeutics, Inc., Jay worked as a Thrombosis Institutional Account Manager at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and as a Thrombosis Account Manager at Portola Pharmaceuticals. Jay also held the position of Hospital Sales Specialist/Field Sales Trainer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Hospital Sales Specialist at Cadence Pharmaceuticals. Jay started their career at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked as an Institutional Sales Executive. Throughout their career, Jay has received multiple accolades, including being a Presidents Club Member, a National Representative of the Year, and a Regional Rep of the Year.

Jay King obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Texas Tech University between 1984 and 1989.
