Konstantina Charalampopoulou

Konstantina Charalampopoulou is an experienced professional in business analysis and solutions, currently serving as a Solution Analyst at HERON since May 2021. Previously, Konstantina worked as a Senior Business Analyst at INTRASOFT International, focusing on the Intrum Project while operating independently on business requirement analysis. Prior experience includes leading the Business Analyst Team at Piraeus Bank, overseeing customer data migration from the Bank of Cyprus, and a long tenure at the Bank of Cyprus as Section Head and Senior Business Analyst, where project management of a CRM application restructuring was a key responsibility. Konstantina holds an MBA from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Athens University of Economics and Business. Additionally, training in digital marketing was completed at ReGeneration Academy.
