Danny Mondesir is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, security, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Founder and Managing Director of Street Whyze Project CIC since December 2021, Mondesir specializes in violence reduction, knife crime, and BAME community initiatives. In addition, Mondesir works as a freelance Knife Crime Trainer for the Office of the West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner, providing educational sessions across the region. With a strong foundation in mental health and security roles within the NHS, including positions as a Mental Health Worker and Technical Instructor, Mondesir also has extensive freelance experience as a Close Protection Officer. Previous roles include Positive Action Officer for Staffordshire Police and Behaviour & Pastoral Manager in various educational institutions, alongside service in the British Army as a soldier.
