Marc-Olivier Gagnon

Marc-Olivier Gagnon has a strong background in engineering and product support. Marc-Olivier has held various leadership roles throughout their career, starting in 1997 with CAE Inc. as a Group Leader in Mechanical Engineering. In 2004, they joined Héroux-Devtek as a Program Manager, responsible for development programs of landing gear systems. Marc-Olivier excelled in managing commercial proposals, engineering resources, and customer and product support. From 2011 to 2015, Marc-Olivier served as the Director of Product Support at Héroux-Devtek, where they created and managed the Product Support new business unit, providing technical support, spare parts distribution, and repair services. Marc-Olivier later moved on to become the Vice President of Product Support, overseeing worldwide support and services. Currently, Marc-Olivier serves as the Vice President of Engineering and Product Support at Héroux-Devtek, continuing to utilize their expertise and leadership skills in the industry.
