Michael Arata

Michael Arata is an experienced financial analyst with a robust background in cost management and financial analysis within public sector organizations. Currently serving as an Associate at Herren Associates, Michael supports the Navy's VIRGINIA CLASS program by managing fiscal processes and creating analytical dashboards. Previously, at Deloitte, Michael contributed to the IRS's Digitalization Strategy, optimized financial-logistics intersections for the Navy, and assisted DISA in developing a classified accounting system. At Booz Allen Hamilton, Michael analyzed energy portfolios for Army installations and supported the Navy's ACAT I Frigate Program with cost analysis. Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from William & Mary.
