Paul Pickell Jr.

Paul Pickell Jr. serves as the North American Retail Operations Manager at Herschel Supply Company since October 2022, focusing on enhancing efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Previously, Paul held the position of Area Store Manager at Backcountry, overseeing multiple retail locations. With extensive experience at Moosejaw Mountaineering, Paul progressed from Retail Store Manager to Senior General Manager, where responsibilities included event marketing, team leadership, and customer relationship management. Early in the career, Paul also held various managerial positions and served as the Head Ski Coach at Rochester High School, contributing to leadership and training initiatives. Paul holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ferris State University and has additional education from Lansing Community College and Oakland Community College.
