Joseph Heck

Joseph Heck, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Joseph started their career as a Human Resources Intern at the Missouri Botanical Garden in July 2010. From there, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Hilton St. Louis Airport - Lodging Hospitality Management from January 2011 to October 2011.

In October 2011, Joseph joined Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark - Lodging Hospitality Management as a Human Resources Manager, where they worked until April 2014.

Starting from June 2014, Joseph joined Hersha Hospitality Management and held various roles. Joseph started as a People Relations Manager from June 2014 to August 2015, then as a Sr. People Support Manager from August 2015 to January 2017. From January 2017 to January 2021, they worked as a Director of People Support, and currently serves as the Vice President of People Support since January 2021.

Joseph Heck, PHR attended St. Louis University High for their high school education. Joseph then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Management - Human Resources from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition to their degree, Joseph obtained the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
