Thais Altshuler

Thais Altshuler has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the hospitality management industry. Thais began their career at Hersha Hospitality Management in 2012 as a Human Resources Coordinator, providing support to the HR leadership team in recruitment, training, and benefits administration. From 2014 to present, Thais has held various roles within the company, including Training and Development Specialist, Corporate Human Resources Manager, Senior Manager Corporate Human Resources, and currently as the Human Resources Director. In these positions, they have demonstrated skills in employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and immigration processes. Thais is known for their ability to foster a positive company culture and collaborate with managers and senior leadership to drive organizational success.

Thais Altshuler holds a Bachelor's Degree in Translation and Business Interpretation from Universidade de Franca, with a focus on Foreign Languages and Literatures. Thais also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rosemont College, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Thais has obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from the HRCI in 2022. Thais also holds a Professional Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, obtained in 2017.
