Genna Telfer

Genna took over as the Chief Officer lead for operational support in 2020. She leads for Beds, Cambs, and Herts in the areas of criminal justice, digital innovation, firearms licensing, cameras, tickets, and collisions and air support, Beds and Herts in relation to custody and solely for Hertfordshire’s Force Communications Room.

She is the force lead for ethics, improving morale and health, and safety. She also represents the force within the local resilience forum.
