Lisa Quinlan-Rahman

Lisa Quinlan-Rahman currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Hertfordshire Music Service, a role held since August 2019, and is also the Chairperson of Enfield Town Ladies Football Club and Herts Catering Ltd, positions taken on in May and July 2023 respectively. In addition, Lisa acts as a Trustee for Livability UK since July 2022 and previously held the role of Vice Chair at Self Management UK from July 2016 to July 2022. Prior to these roles, Lisa had a significant tenure at Scope from August 2008 to July 2019, where responsibilities included Executive Director of Customer Strategy and Experience, Director of External Affairs, and Group Head of Digital and Marketing. Earlier career experience includes roles such as Senior New Media Manager at The Children's Society and Marketing, Communications and Events Manager at the UK Association of Online Publishers. Academic qualifications include a BAEcon in Economics and Social Science from The University of Manchester and professional courses from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
