Mia Vehviläinen has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mia began their career as a Sales Clerk at K-Rauta in 2000, where they worked for a year. In 2001, they joined Silja Line G.m.b.H and worked as a Check-in Assistant for two separate periods, totaling over a year. Mia also served as a Customer Service Representative at the company from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they worked as a Tour Guide at Aurinkomatkat for six months. Mia joined Silja Line G.m.b.H again in 2005, this time as a Customer Service Representative and later as a Group Sales Representative. In 2006, they transitioned to Hertz First Rent A Car, where they have held the positions of Customer Service Representative and most recently, Customer Service Manager starting from November 2020.
Mia Vehviläinen graduated from Turun suomalaisen yhteiskoulun lukio in 2000, with a degree in Graduate. Prior to that, they attended Turun ammatti-instituutti from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Vocational qualification in tourism with a focus on Tourism and Travel Services Management.
