Kim Magness

Kim Magness is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and real estate management roles. Currently serving as Sr. Property Manager at Hertz Investment Group since August 2016, Kim has previously held significant positions at CBRE and Reit Management & Research LLC, among others. With a career spanning over two decades, Kim has cultivated expertise in managing diverse real estate portfolios. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Indianapolis, earned in 2002.
