Mr. Gorman is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tenant improvements across HIG’s portfolio. In his role he coordinates with the on-site property teams, design professionals and contractors to ensure that the improvements are completed on-time, within budget and exceeds the tenant’s expectations.
Mr. Gorman brings over 25 years of experience in due diligence, design, permitting, estimating, bidding, contract negotiations and construction management. Mr. Gorman delivered projects through the entire construction lifecycle ranging from minor remodels to new-build construction. Prior to joining HIG, Mr. Gorman led construction teams for a national construction management firm and a real estate development company.
Mr. Gorman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Waynesburg University and a Masters’ Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University.
