Alex Guillen

Alex Guillen is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in managing corporate platforms and payment solutions. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Platforms and Payments at Hertz since July 2022, Alex oversees global technology initiatives including ERP, EPM, HRMS, RPA, and Payments. Prior experience includes a tenure at AIR Communities as VP of IT Applications, where responsibilities encompassed application development and vendor management. At Western Union, Alex held multiple leadership roles, culminating as Global Head of Corporate Systems Solutions Engineering, overseeing a large budget and a global team. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Latinoamericana de Ciencia y Tecnología.
