Damian Hilliard

Damian Hilliard has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources International and Site Lead at Hertz since December 2010, where responsibilities include managing HR support for the Dublin-based European Service Centre and overseeing International Compensation & Benefits, European Recruitment, and the Employee Contact Centre. Prior roles at Hertz included Vice President of Human Resources Europe and Snr Director of HR Shared Services. Earlier in the career, Damian held positions at Xilinx, such as EMEA Compensation & Benefits Manager and EMEA HR Manager for Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance. Educationally, Damian completed an Executive Leadership Academy program at The Wharton School and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Human Resource Management from Dublin City University.
