Leanna Gutierrez Cumber

LeAnna Gutierrez Cumber serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Herzog since January 2024, focusing on expanding the company's transportation capabilities and assisting clients with project financing. Prior to this role, LeAnna Cumber was the CEO of LeAnna Cumber & Associates, where support was provided to transportation companies and government entities in securing public grants and financing from September 2009 to March 2024. LeAnna held a position on the Jacksonville City Council for District 5 from July 2019 to June 2023 and worked as an Associate at Baker Botts from 2006 to 2009, specializing in regulatory legal issues. LeAnna gained experience as Legislative Counsel at the U.S. Department of Transportation from 2005 to 2006, involving Congressional engagement and oversight.
