Matteo Silva has a strong background in IT and software development. Matteo began their career as a Developer at BitSystems in 2002. Matteo then worked at Web Models as an Analyst and Senior Developer from 2007 to 2009, during which they also served as a Latin America Business Developer, responsible for developing the company's business in Ecuador.

Matteo's career advanced at WebRatio, where they held several management positions. Matteo was the Ecuador Country Manager from 2009 to 2014, where they successfully established WebRatio's first foreign office and set up a specialized Software Factory for near-shore development projects.
