Chas Harris

Chas Harris currently serves as Vice President of Business Development at HES Facilities Management, a position held since January 2023. With a robust background spanning over three decades, Chas has held key roles in business development and operations across various companies, including Planon, Sodexo, ABB, and Johnson Controls. Notable achievements include leading business development efforts for Planon's Connected Buildings initiative, directing sustainable services at Sodexo, and executing go-to-market strategies for ABB's Low Voltage Products. Chas began a career in telecommunications project management with firms such as Wireless Solutions and Sprint, after obtaining an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a Bachelor of Architecture from Prairie View A&M University.
