Nastya Dervanova

Nastya Dervanova has work experience in two companies. In 2020, they started working at IT and Digital Recruitment Agency as a Recruitment Specialist. Nastya held this role from February 2020 to July 2020. Later in 2020, they joined HES FinTech and initially worked as an HR Manager, starting in July 2020. Nastya was then promoted to the position of Head of HR in May 2022, and is currently in this role.

Nastya Dervanova completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Belarusian State University from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications in "Recruiting and HR" and "IT Recruitment" from the Shirkina School, in February 2020 and May 2021, respectively.
