Kayla Welch

Kayla Welch is an experienced educator and recruiter with a diverse background in teaching and human resources. Since November 2013, Kayla has served as a Native English Teacher at HESS International Educational Organization. Prior to this role, Kayla worked as a Recruiting Contractor and Recruiting Coordinator at dunnhumbyUSA from September 2012 to November 2013, and as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Cincinnati from September 2011 to June 2012. Kayla holds a Master of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Marian University Indianapolis (2018-2020), a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati (2011-2013), and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Miami University (2006-2010). Kayla's foundational education includes an International Baccalaureate from the International School of Brussels.
