Arlen Fan

Arlen Fan is a software engineer intern at Capital One, currently involved in building a responsive frontend interface for virtual credit cards using Angular 14. In addition to this, Arlen serves as a graduate research assistant at Arizona State University, focusing on machine learning, transfer learning, human-computer interaction, computer vision, and user study design. Previous experiences include a range of technical roles, such as a software engineer intern at Capital One where Arlen completed a notable integration project, and as a probe test engineer at Micron Technology, developing test time reduction methods in C and C++. Arlen's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Rochester and ongoing master's and doctoral studies in Computer Science at Arizona State University.
