Timo Schmitt

Timo Schmitt is an accomplished creative professional with extensive experience in design and art direction. Currently serving as Creative Director at hessnatur since December 2023 and at Chapter | The Design Journal since 2018, Timo has previously held positions as Global Art Director at MCM WORLDWIDE from January 2019 to March 2023, Art Director at INDIE Magazine in 2017, and Head of Art Department at Interview Magazine from 2016 to 2017. Timo also co-founded pré studios, a sustainable minimalist fashion brand based in Berlin, and served as its Creative Director in 2016. Timo holds a degree from Universität der Künste Berlin, where studies took place from 2009 to 2015.
