Henk Galavazi

Henk Galavazi is a seasoned strategy consultant with extensive experience in developing tailored business strategies for leadership teams. Currently serving as a Strategy Consultant and Associate Partner at Strategize and Het Strategiekantoor since July 2009, Henk leverages a structured, fact-based, and analytical approach to enhance organizational success. Prior to these roles, Henk held significant positions at TNT as Senior Manager & Deputy Group Director of Corporate Strategy, where responsibilities included managing strategy projects for the Board, and at VNU (later Nielsen) as Head of Corporate Development Europe, overseeing European strategy and M&A projects. Henk's career began at Bain & Company, progressing from Associate Consultant to Case Team Leader, focusing on corporate and business unit strategy development. Henk possesses an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and an MA in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by executive education in leadership and design thinking.
