Pathi Balaji

Pathi Balaji currently serves as Assistant General Manager of Architectural Hardware at Hettich Group, a position held since January 2019. Balaji also holds the title of Chief Operating Officer at Universal International FZCO since October 2016. Additional roles include Product Director for both MAS-EU and APAC/EMG at STANLEY Security UK and STANLEY Security respectively, roles initiated in March 2015 and January 2014. Balaji has been with Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as Head of Product for the Emerging Market Pacific Group since January 2012. Prior experience includes leading the Project Management Team at Dorma India from May 2008 to December 2011 and serving as Regional Manager in Riyadh, KSA, for Universal Building Materials Merchants CO LTD between December 2001 and April 2008. Balaji holds a diploma in the Fire Door Inspection Scheme from the BWF-CERTIFIRE Fire Door Scheme, completed in 2016.
