Risa Segura

Risa Segura has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Risa began their career as an HR Manager at Dixon Industries, Inc., a lawnmower manufacturing company. Risa worked there for over 25 years until the company was acquired and relocated. Following this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Four County Mental Health for a year. Then, they joined CVR Energy, Inc. as the Manager of Benefits & Recruiting, where they handled recruitment, immigration compliance, and supported multiple locations. After that, they worked as an HR Professional at RLS Business Solutions, LLC, assisting small to medium-sized companies with their HR needs. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at Heubel Material Handling, Inc./Shaw Material Handling Systems, Inc., where they develop and manages HR policies and programs for the entire organization while providing guidance and support to management.

Risa Segura attended Pittsburg State University from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Management.
