Sarah Porter

Sarah Porter, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Sarah currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Heubel Shaw since 2023. Prior to this, Sarah worked at CNH Industrial as an HR Manager, overseeing dealer and customer support, parts commercial and operations. Sarah also held positions as the HR Manager for NA Depot Distribution and as a Regional HR Manager within the same company. Before their time at CNH Industrial, Sarah served as a Sr. HR Manager and HR Manager at JCPenney. Sarah also worked as an HR Manager at Neovia Logistics, where they managed facilities and provided services to clients such as Harley Davidson, BMW, Samsung, Volvo, and Walmart. Sarah's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Human Resources and Marketing at FirstService Residential and as a Velocity Analyst at Cerner Corporation. In their various roles, Sarah has demonstrated expertise in employee management, organizational development, and HR strategy.

Sarah Porter, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing and Finance from Drury University in the period of 2008-2012. In 2016, they acquired the SHRM - CP certification from SHRM.
